"I have an older car that had a problem with the air conditioning and the temperature gage. Thus, I had to drive with the heater on, in the heat of the summer, (I get sick in the heat...) to keep the car from overheating and cracking the engine block. I called all the shops in the Valley, and Todd's Towing and Repair was the most economical. They don't charge for diagnostics, so I didn't feel they were going to ream me in the costs involved. They certainly did not! They turned my car around in one day, and even fixed the drag of the car somehow. (When driving forward, it felt like something was pushing me backward. They fixed that!) I feel like I have found myself an honest Mechanic in Greg. He is friendly and professional. They are worthy of my business, and I will gladly take my car to them in future, should something else go wrong. Do yourself a favor, call around for pricing before you do business with any of the local shops. Then call Todd's. You will find what I did ~ they are affordable, friendly and professional. You can't ask for more than that!"
"I am so appreciative of their help. They were timely, (far more) affordable, and very knowledgeable. We don't know what happened yet, but we lost the brakes and steering suddenly whilst driving our truck west through the pass. Because of the peculiar point we were pulled over to, I didn't know how to communicate exactly where we were because we were in such a spot that we couldn't clearly see any signs or exit numbers. But they knew right where we were, and in spite of the expectation of there being a bit of a wait, were there swiftly. It took mere moments to load us up and we were on the way! I can't say enough good things and highly recommend."
"If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Came down the pass after driving out to Ellensburg and heading back to Snohomish. My clutch went out in downtown North Bend on a busy Saturday afternoon and I was able to coast onto a side street. Needless to say, I was very stressed and far from home. I called Todd's and they had a tow out to me in less than 30 minutes. Jared, the driver, was so kind and professional even though traffic was awful majority of the way back to Snohomish and it took much longer than anticipated. Pricing was more than fair for the almost 50 mile tow to my house. Hopefully I won't be needing their services again anytime soon, but if I had to breakdown anywhere, I'd choose North Bend and have Todd's on speed dial!"
