"When we broke down on Snoq. Pass in the freezing rain the night before our huge vacation I just about lost it.
Boe from Todd's came to our rescue. Figuratively as well as literally. He had our vehicle brought to his shop for repair. He dropped us off at a nice dinner and explained to the staff what had happened and asked them to take good care of us. He gave us time to figure out our options without being pushy. He reassured us that all would be fine. And he stored our vehicle for us at the shop for 5 weeks and then wouldn't charge us a storage fee!
these are good guys running a good business.

"Great customer service. Had a vehicle towed here last night, and I had asked to see if I can store it overnight while I got another vehicle to tow it back home (approx. 86 miles away). The whole work crew helped push my vehicle onto the trailer (the vehicle won't turn on, it looks like a warped head gasket by the leaks coming in through the spark plugs) without even being asked. They were able to joke around while helping, making it even better of an experience. If you need a tow, I would call these people first. All the way from the time my vehicle was picked up to the time I picked it up myself was excellent."

"Mike at Todd's Towing was my highway angel. When I locked my keys into my ZipCar at Rattlesnake Ledge, Mike happened to drive by and offered to help. He successfully got the door of the car opened (meanwhile, I spent over an hour on hold with ZipCar support....) and asked nothing in return. I was flying back to San Francisco just a short few hours later, and without Mike's help I undoubtedly would have missed my flight back. Well, I need to commend Todd's for assuaging my anxiety from the minute they answered my call. Communication from the dispatch office was professional, clear and kind. Then, the driver Aaron, took it to a new level. He called 2x: first to give me his ETA, then again when he arrived. After that, he went to work with his car-whisperer magic to see if he could coax my stubborn vehicle to start.
