"Went off roading on a trail in a jeep and unfortunately, got stuck on an uphill in a snow bank. Dallas and Chris were the second towing pair to come out (first truck couldn’t make it up the hill to us) and got us out. Made sure we made it out of the trail to the main road okay, even assisted with guiding us backwards in the dark. Very professional, precise and safe. Some tight moments with inches to spare and somehow, these two did it. Thankful for these two guys."
"My car got a flat tire yesterday at Snoqualmie pass and I managed to drive it for another 15 miles west before I had to pull over and stop. It was blowing wind and freezing rain. This was my first ever experience with a stranded car. My 2 toddlers who were with me were confused as to what is going on. AAA sent Jared from Todd’s towing to help tow my car. Jared was simple amazing. He arrived within 15 minutes, quickly assessed the situation and towed my car to the nearest tire center, all within an hour. Thanks, Jared!"
