"Our little family is forever grateful to this company and for Dallas! We were traveling through from out of State, and our leaf spring pin our fifth wheel broke leaving us on the shoulder of the highway for hours unfamiliar with the area. It was a Saturday and most places were closed and the ones that weren’t could not come out and help us. We became discouraged very quickly after 8 hours and not even the Highway Patrol came after calling it in. Lo and behold 8:30 PM on a cold dark evening Dallas came to the rescue! "Driving back to Charleston from Wilmington stopped for a snack and our car would not start. We’re really glad we had AAA who arranged for Todd’s roadside service to start our car. Upon contacting AAA, the man was absolutely delightful and professional. Then before you knew it, Donnie from Tod called and said not to worry I’ll be there in about 10 minutes. It was not more than 10 minutes and he came to jumpstart us and we were on our way again probably invested a total of 20 minutes.
