"My daughter and her family, some disabled, and their six dogs became stranded in the woods (not in campground) when their van would not start. Jumps did not help. They weren't even sure where they were. This was soon to become an emergency as they had been stuck longer than their supplies would last. Not sure name of outstanding young man who helped me but he was willing to go out there (at least 12 miles off main road) to look. By miracle, they connected, he hauled the van and my daughter back to North Bend, repaired it and sent her happily on her way for an amazingly low cost!! Well, I need to commend Todd's for assuaging my anxiety from the minute they answered my call. Communication from the dispatch office was professional, clear and kind. Then, the driver Aaron, took it to a new level. He called 2x: first to give me his ETA, then again when he arrived. After that, he went to work with his car-whisperer magic to see if he could coax my stubborn vehicle to start. "My car broke down today near North Bend so I called Todd’s Towing and repair. The young man who showed up to tow me, the reception I received at the office and the amazing mechanics were concerned and Professional. They fixed my car and tested it to make sure the problem was corrected. I was so impressed I wanted to hug them and invite them all to dinner as I left. I cannot say enough about how they exceeded my expectations and made a stressful day as pleasant as possible. I may travel 1.5 hours to North Bend to have all my car maintenance performed.
