"I was on I90 heading camping by myself with my dogs. Well a blown out tire near north bend ended up ripping off the undercoating of my car and it also ripped off my hybrid battery cooling hose. I was able to limp it to the shop and drop the keys. They had to order the part out of Cali I think. But they still got my car back to me a few days early and got done the oil change I needed. So my camping trip was ruined but these guys rock. Thanks a bunch y'all!"
"I had the unfortunate and fortunate experience of using this company. It was unfortunate that we totaled my car on a road trip to Washington from Arizona. But, it was fortunate that Todd’s towing was used to tow and impound our car. They were super accommodating- we had bikes, a bike rack, and a box topper on our car. Todd’s let us store those things there while we trying to figure out a solution to get back to Arizona. They worked with our erratic schedules and even stayed open late twice for us as we cleaned out our car and shuffled our items into a rental car. I initially called Todd’s and spoke to a gentleman that was very friendly, and told me to definitely shop around before making a decision, which is great because most places will just take your money. After calling around I found that Todd’s was the most reasonable, so I called back.
