"I would highly recommend their on time, professional, helpful and kind services. Zach helped me out in a pinch when I was stranded at a trail head alone in a rental car. Hertz emergency roadside assistance totally failed. Zach arrived within the specified time, communicated with me twice before he was on his way and when he was 15 minutes out which was incredibly helpful to reduce the stress of the situation. He quickly analyzed the situation and figured out it was a electrical system problem with the rental. He happily drove me and towed the car to only open rental agency ah hour away in Seattle. I felt safe and he was very friendly. When hertz told us we had to take it to a second location, there was no grumbling and he got the car to where it needed to be clearing up the headache of a situation.
