"Our expert tow driver, Dallas, was a literal life saver. He, having moments ago freed our car from the grips of the soft shoulder of a scary dark rainy road, was professional and absolutely prompt. I'm used to tow trucks taking awhile to get out, it was probably less than 10 minutes from when we called that our hero Dallas appeared and got us out of our bad situation in no time flat. We had waited an hour and forty five minutes for the tow our insurance was sending us, and having given up hope we called Todd's Towing. "After a lovely day at the dingford creek trailhead and surrounding trails, I unfortunately managed to get my vehicle stuck in the ditch on the fire escape road when attempting to leave. Todd's towing was quick to help, with a very competitive quote & price. Dallas from their team showed up, quickly assessed the situation, noting all hazards around the vehicle, took some photos, and begun hooking up his hardware. He used a combination of pulleys and both winches on his vehicle to remove my truck from the ditch. Because there was a tree less than 6 inches from the bed of the truck on the driver's side, he pulled it directly up the embankment. He was professional, highly experienced, and very quick. If you are in need of off road vehicle recovery, I highly recommend reaching out to Todds Towing for their services. I couldn't be happier with their performance, they got an 8100lbs truck out of the ditch without any fuss or extra damages; and I drove it home later that day."
"Sent to recover a load due to an accident from another driver. The towing/shop guys were amazing to deal with and helpful with transloading the cargo from the damaged trailer onto ours. Ensured plenty of space at the TA to safely offload and to reload. Not to mention helping us reload the tarps and old securement material onto the damaged trailer. Definitely deserve 5 stars."
"What started out as a panicky situation turned into a really great experience thanks to Tanner, Dallas, and their sidekick pup, Wrangler. My Jeep had gotten itself into quite a mess—wedged between two trees in a ditch where it couldn’t move forward or back. I was stressed and worried, but these guys showed up calm, confident, and ready.
Using their 4x4 wrecker, they not only winched me out but carefully repositioned the Jeep so it came free without damage. Watching them work was actually impressive and, by the end, I found myself laughing and even enjoying the moment.
On top of their skill, they’re just good people—super nice, fair with their rates, and you can feel the pride of a three-generation family business. I went from stressed and stuck to smiling and free, all thanks to Todd’s Towing.
