"Call this place first. We were on the phone with our insurance company for a total of 3 hours trying to get someone to come help us. Although, when we finally got roadside assistance to help us with our flat tire, he was not able to get our tire off. After our insurance company lied to us about Todd's prices I called them for myself and was told that we didn't need to be towed, they would send someone out to get the lug-nuts off. Micah came out within 15 min and got our lug-nuts off, helped us put the spare tire on and we were on our way. THANK YOU MICAH! You were so helpful and got there so quick, You saved our day and a ton of money! If you are looking for someone to help you fast and find more than one solution to your problem, you should call these guys first, we were on our way down from Cle Elum to Monroe when this happened! I could not thank you enough!!!"
"My daughter and her family, some disabled, and their six dogs became stranded in the woods (not in campground) when their van would not start. Jumps did not help. They weren't even sure where they were. This was soon to become an emergency as they had been stuck longer than their supplies would last. Not sure name of outstanding young man who helped me but he was willing to go out there (at least 12 miles off main road) to look. By miracle, they connected, he hauled the van and my daughter back to North Bend, repaired it and sent her happily on her way for an amazingly low cost!! Well, I need to commend Todd's for assuaging my anxiety from the minute they answered my call. Communication from the dispatch office was professional, clear and kind. Then, the driver Aaron, took it to a new level. He called 2x: first to give me his ETA, then again when he arrived. After that, he went to work with his car-whisperer magic to see if he could coax my stubborn vehicle to start. "My car broke down today near North Bend so I called Todd’s Towing and repair. The young man who showed up to tow me, the reception I received at the office and the amazing mechanics were concerned and Professional. They fixed my car and tested it to make sure the problem was corrected. I was so impressed I wanted to hug them and invite them all to dinner as I left. I cannot say enough about how they exceeded my expectations and made a stressful day as pleasant as possible. I may travel 1.5 hours to North Bend to have all my car maintenance performed.
